Meet The Speaker:
Kenneth Pierce DVM, MS, DACVO
Dr. Pierce discovered his passion for veterinary medicine during his junior year of high school. He completed his undergraduate studies at Tuskegee University before attending veterinary school at Louisiana State University. His journey into specialty veterinary medicine included two internships, followed by a four-year residency in comparative ophthalmology at Michigan State University. With over a decade of experience in both academic and private practice veterinary ophthalmology throughout the United States, he has also contributed to various boards and committees within the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmology (ACVO) to enhance his professional background.
