Terms And Conditions 

• VESPECON will work with the DVM, offering advice and knowledge on treating animals with health issues.
• The DVM agrees to pay VESPECON a monthly fee to use VESPECON's services. Payments start with the first consultation request. When the DVM signs up, they get a free 13th month of services.
• This agreement does not create a partnership. The DVM is responsible for its clients and patients. The DVM will protect VESPECON from any legal claims related to this agreement, unless VESPECON is at fault.
• Neither party can transfer their rights or responsibilities under this agreement without the other's permission. Only the parties involved have rights under this agreement.
• The agreement is governed by U.S. and Texas laws. Any legal issues will be handled in Denton County, Texas.
• If legal action is needed, the winning party can recover attorney fees and costs. Unpaid amounts will incur 18% annual interest until paid.
• The agreement can be signed in multiple copies that together form one complete document.
• The agreement lasts for 12 months and automatically renews monthly unless a notice is given. If the DVM ends the agreement early, they must pay a fee. Renewing for another year gives the hospital a free additional month.
